Privacy Policy

  • All data that are saved on the system is the property of the authority that owns this data.
  • These data are not viewed by the center’s engineers except for the utmost necessity and for the purpose of technical support and in agreement with the authority that owns the data orally or in writing.
  • No statement of the system data is given to any individual or sub-agency belonging to the authority that owns the data or to any other party without the written consent of the authority that owns the data.
  • The data saved on the system can be used in order to generate statistics that can be used to measure the performance of the system and the efficiency of its use by its users.
  • All system data is secured by securing the server computer that hosts the data and by securing the data transmission between the user's machine and the server computer, as well as securing the system interface that the user uses.
  • Each user of the system is fully responsible for his password, and he must take all possible precautions so that no one else can obtain it.
  • Delete account and Personal Information To request deletion of your Maarf account and Personal Information, you should click the button labeled “Delete my account” in your Maarf account settings. Because this is a permanent action and cannot be reversed, Maarf may ask you to complete an authentication process that aims to confirm your authority to manage the Maarf account affected by your request. With respect to your Maarf account, Maarf will permanently: deactivate your Maarf account, remove the active profile, retire your username, and remove you from Maarf email lists. With respect to your Personal Information, Maarf will permanently remove your Maarf account profile Personal Information from the Maarf Site. As noted above, to the extent that Maarf associates the information that Maarf collects directly or indirectly with an individual (for example, you), the association is based on Personal Information in your Maarf account profile. By erasing the Personal Information in your Maarf account profile, the remaining information about your activity on the Maarf Site will no longer be associated with you. These changes will be applied to data stores that are used for operation of the Maarf Site including course administration by Members. If you enrolled in any courses or programs on the Maarf Site, Maarf will share your request for deletion with the Member(s) that offered those courses or programs.
