About this course

This program aims to help you to gain the knowledge on how to provide first aid to the injured in a safe and correct manner, to evaluate the situation and find out what happened to the injured quickly, confidently and calmly so that the injured can benefit and also so that you can provide first aid that is consistent with the type of injury due to that types of aid differs according to the type of injury.

That degree of confidence cannot be achieved without learning the basic skills needed for this intervention.

First aid program aims to provide the required training on how to provide immediate safe first aid to people with various injuries on site of accident, until they are transferred to the nearest hospital to avoid complications and reduce deaths, therefore, each of us should have the following skills:
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• Learn about the types of diabetic coma and provide first aid for each type.
• Provide immediate care for cases of choking to adults, children and infants.
• Identify the different types of poisoning and provide first aid for each type.
• know how to make a splint for various fractures cases.
• Learn about the causes of fainting and how to provide proper first aid.
• Learn about the types of wounds and provide immediate care for cases of bleeding.
• Provide first aid in cases of bites and stings • Learn about the causes of heat strokes and how to prevent it.
