Course Goals:

This course aims to facilitate your transition from education to working life as a junior pharmacist.

It briefly discusses 5 basic topics (stars) you need to learn in your early career steps for good pharmaceutical practice.

Course Description:

In the first part (star), you will learn about your roles and responsibilities as a pharmacist in different pharmaceutical career paths.

The second part (star) will help you with the basics for safe pharmaceutical practices and patient education.

The third part (star) illustrates the different educational pathways for pharmacists after graduation.

Because the work environment greatly affects your performance and you will probably face some challenges in your first year practice, the fourth part (star) is designed to provide you with general advices for better communication with your peers, medical staff, and managers.

The fifth part will help you to use the previous concepts and basics to fulfill the World Health Organization’s concept of 7-star pharmacist.
