Who among us has not dreamed of a day in which he owns a company, and becomes a manager and a boss for himself, not a subordinate to others? This training program will help you clearly and practically achieve this dream, and take you to join the elite of businessmen. I had the opportunity to navigate the ocean of entrepreneurship, start-ups, and small and medium enterprises, and to provide hundreds of training courses for thousands of Arab youth.

Here, we present a "comprehensive" training program entitled "The Entrepreneurship Journey, from Beginning to Infinity", which includes four levels: Getting started, Taking Off, Growth and Skills, through online training, covering the aspects and topics that an entrepreneur needs to start, manage, and grow his/her startup on the Arab and Global levels.

About Level Four: Skills

This last level focuses on the concept of soft skills necessary for entrepreneurs, starting with how to discover your passion, when you can follow your heart to start your project, the skill of time and self-management, by identifying the characteristics, thieves and waste of time, the skill of effective communication with your team and your workers, learning about the concepts of verbal and non-verbal communication, recognizing the personality from its appearance, clothing, the way it talks to you and shakes hands with you, and acquiring the ten most important communication skills with others.

The skill level is complemented by the skill of building and motivating the work team, investing in the diversity of their skills as a wealth and not a conflict, identifying the elements of teamwork success, training you to successfully manage team meetings, and identifying ten steps to form a successful team.

You'll also practice managing priorities, setting strategic goals for your company, solving problems, how to prevent or mitigate their effects before they occur, and the steps, procedures, and map to solve the problem.

Total quality management will be an important topic at this level, learning about quality concepts and training in advanced tools such as Kaizen, Sigma 6 and the Balanced Scorecard. Also, this level will include training in creative leadership, and how to become a leader with clear steps.

You are trained in the concept of intellectual property for startups and small enterprises, the possibilities it offers to improve their performance and competitiveness, familiarization with patent concepts and utility models, cultural, artistic and literary works, protection of computer programs, copyright, creative and industrial designs, microchips under the protection of integrated circuit topography, food labels of quality or reputation associated with geographical origin, trade secrets of your company and how to protect them.

This level concludes with flashes and golden ideas for the best Arab companies - experienced by the trainer - and explain realistic situations and creative ideas, from which lessons and lessons are drawn and benefited from in the survival and development of your project, and finally presenting the reasons for failure and secrets of success, as the pitfalls that a person faces in his life are only ways and means of learning.
