About Entrepreneurship Course
Who among us has not dreamed of a day in which he owns a company, and becomes a manager and a boss for himself, not a subordinate to others? This training program will help you clearly and practically achieve this dream, and take you to join the elite of businessmen. I had the opportunity to navigate the ocean of entrepreneurship, start-ups, and small and medium enterprises, and to provide hundreds of training courses for thousands of Arab youth.
Here, we present a "comprehensive" training program entitled "The Entrepreneurship Journey, from Beginning to Infinity", which includes four levels: Getting started, Taking Off, Growth and Skills, through online training, covering the aspects and topics that an entrepreneur needs to start, manage, and grow his/her startup on the Arab and Global levels.

About Level One: Getting Started
This level includes an introduction to entrepreneurship, its definition, and importance, the four motives for entering the world of entrepreneurship, the difference between an entrepreneur and a businessman, the pros and cons, risks, ethics of entrepreneurship, and a tour of the Arab heritage on entrepreneurship, and the impact of creativity on entrepreneurship, with practical examples, sources and tools of creativity, examples of invention, development, and how creativity is effective and fruitful for your business.
At this level, you learn how to generate hundreds of innovative and creative startup ideas by using twenty different ways created by the trainer, and how to use comparison tables to differentiate between these ideas that you generated yourself, to choose the most suitable idea for you.
We will explain to you the characteristics that male and female entrepreneurs must possess, and you will be trained to evaluate yourself by self as a potential entrepreneur, where it will become clear to you easily, the strong and weak traits of your personality, related to entrepreneurship, and how to develop these traits, to support the success factors of your future business.
Also at this level, you will learn the scientific method to generate an appropriate name for your business, strong, effective, and viable for future growth. Twenty practical steps for starting your business will be explained, and you will be introduced to the ecosystem and the supporting entities for your startup in your country and globally as well.

International expert in spreading the culture of entrepreneurship and developing small and medium enterprises. He has extensive experience in providing innovative solutions to governments, foundations, non-profit organizations, and universities.
The author of 33 books, including the best-selling book "Start Your Business and Don't Hesitate", which was chosen as an entrepreneurship curriculum at King Saud University in Saudi Arabia.
Designed the first interactive map of the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Egypt with 351 support channels in its seventh edition, and the Global Entrepreneurship Platform with more than 800 support channels from 57 countries.
Received the "Most Innovative Idea" award from the International Council for Small Business. Designed and implemented hundreds of entrepreneurship training programs for beginners and innovators, hundreds of which have graduated.
Prepares entrepreneurship education curricula in Arab universities. Provided more than 8,000 consultations to entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises. He worked as the director of the first technology incubator on campus in Egypt.
Founded and managed the first Small Enterprise Development Center in Saudi Arabia. He designed the first program to rehabilitate small and medium factories in Saudi Arabia. He designed the first technology incubator in the Arabian Gulf.
Design awards for the best performance of SMEs, and computer programs to diagnose productive SMEs. He has published regular articles in the magazines "Entrepreneurs", "Economy Today", "Gulf Economy", and "The Language of the Age".
He taught engineering students at the Egyptian Higher Institute for Engineering and Technology, graduate students at the Information Technology Institute (ITI), and students of the departments of Biomedical Engineering and Mechatronics at the Faculty of Engineering at Mansoura University.
He was selected among the top 100 people in the world in the field of creativity and entrepreneurship by the American organization "Intovision".
Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprise Capacity Building Advisor was selected for 57 OIC Member States. He has been honored in America, Malaysia, Ireland, and many Arab and foreign countries.

يتضمن هذا المستوى، مقدمة عن ريادة الأعمال وتعريفها وأهميتها، والدوافع الأربعة لدخولك عالم ريادة الأعمال، والفرق بين رائد ورجل الأعمال، ومزايا وعيوب ومخاطر وأخلاقيات ريادة الأعمال، وجولة بالتراث العربي حول تعريف رائد الأعمال، وتأثير الإبداع على ريادة الأعمال، حيث نشرح لك بالأمثلة التطبيقية أنـواع ومصادر وأدوات الإبـداع، وأمثلة على الاختراع والتطوير والإبداع بالمنتجات والخدمات والعمليات، وكيف يكون الإبداع فعالًا ومُثمرًا في مشروعك.
يتم تدريبك في هذا المستوى على كيفية توليد مئات الأفكار المبتكرة والإبداعية لشركات ناشئة ومشروعات صغيرة بعشرين طريقة مختلفة ابتكرها المدرب، وكيفية استخدام جداول مفاضلة ومقارنة بين هذه الأفكار التي قمت بتوليدها بنفسك، لاختيار الفكرة الأنسب لك، والتي ستُكمل دراستها والتطبيق عليها بالأدوات التي سيتم تدريبك عليك في المستويات اللاحقة بهذا البرنامج التدريبي الشامل.
سنشرح لك السمات والخصائص التي يجب أن يتحلى بها رواد ورائدات الأعمال، كما سيتم تدريبك على تقييمك - لنفسك وبنفسك - كرائد أعمال محتمل، حيث سيتضح لك بسهولة، السمات القوية والضعيفة لشخصيتك، والمرتبطة بريادة الأعمال، وكيفية تطوير هذه السمات، لدعم عوامل نجاح مشروعك مستقبلًا.
في هذا المستوى أيضًا، ستتعرف على الأسلوب العلمي لتوليد اسم ملائم لمشروعك، قوي وفعال وقابل للاستمرار والنمو بالمستقبل، كما سيتم شرح عشرين خطوة عملية لبدء مشروعك، وتعريفك بالنظام البيئي الإيكوسيستم والجهات الداعمة لمشروعك أو شركتك الناشئة في بلدك وعلى مستوى العالم أيضًا. أخيرًا يختتم هذا المستوى بنصائح مُصوَّرَة، تستفيد منها في بدء مشروعك على أسس صحيحة.
